Please read these terms carefully before using Halo, operated by Elite Digital Marketing Agency.
By accessing or using Halo, a platform operated by Elite Digital Marketing Agency ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including creators, fans, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to require identity verification and to terminate accounts of users found to be underage.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Creators retain ownership of all content they upload. By posting content, you grant Elite Digital Marketing Agency a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content as part of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.
Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to law enforcement. All parties in explicit content must be verified adults. Violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements will result in permanent ban and legal action.
Halo charges a flat 8% platform fee on every transaction — subscriptions, PPV, and tips. The 8% is deducted at the point of each charge, so your 92% share is cleanly separated from day one. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and get faster as you build your track record with us: new creators start with a 7–14 day hold, then progress to 72-hour, 24-hour, and eventually instant payouts. Refund policies are governed by our Refund Policy page.
All content on Halo is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content without the creator's permission is prohibited. Copyright holders may submit DMCA takedown notices as described in our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform and content will be revoked.
The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime or uninterrupted access. Elite Digital Marketing Agency is not liable for user-generated content or interactions between users. We are not responsible for any loss of earnings due to platform downtime, account suspension, or policy enforcement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Digital Marketing Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Digital Marketing Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Elite Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property and platform integrity.
Elite Digital Marketing Agency may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
