Record-keeping compliance in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
All content on the Halo platform, operated by Elite Digital Marketing Agency, is produced and published in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. All performers, models, and other individuals appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation of such content.
Creators are solely responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. These records include the legal name, date of birth, and a copy of a government-issued photo identification for every person depicted in their content. Records must be maintained for at least seven (7) years after the content is last published.
Each creator is the custodian of their own records. Elite Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to request these records at any time to verify compliance. Failure to provide records upon request will result in immediate content removal and account suspension.
Creators must maintain records at a physical or digital location and must provide the address or access details upon request. The records must be available for inspection by the Attorney General of the United States or their designee.
Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256, is exempt from the record-keeping requirements. However, all content on Halo still requires that all depicted individuals are 18 or older.
Elite Digital Marketing Agency verifies the age and identity of all creators through government-issued ID verification before allowing content publication. However, responsibility for record-keeping of all persons depicted in content remains with the creator.
Any violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including failure to maintain required records or depiction of minors, will result in immediate permanent account termination, removal of all content, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
