Everything you need to know about creating on Halo — including your rights, your earnings, and our commitments to you.
To become a creator on Halo, a platform operated by Elite Digital Marketing Agency, you must be 18 years of age or older, pass identity verification, and agree to these terms. Business entities may also apply subject to additional verification.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By publishing on Halo you grant Elite Digital Marketing Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the platform. We will never sell or license your content to third parties.
Halo charges a flat 8% platform fee — one of the lowest in the industry. You keep 92% of all subscription revenue, pay-per-view sales, and tips. There are no hidden fees, no charge-backs on earned income, and no monthly platform charges.
The 8% platform fee is deducted from every transaction at the point of charge, so your 92% share is always clean and accounted for. Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect directly to your linked bank account and get faster as you build your track record with Halo: new creators start with a 7–14 day hold, then progress to 72-hour, 24-hour, and eventually instant payouts as you grow with us. Minimum payout threshold is $20. Payouts may be withheld if your account is under review for policy violations or chargebacks.
All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content involving minors, illegal acts, or non-consensual scenarios is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities. All participants in explicit content must be verified adults.
All creators must complete identity verification before publishing any content — there is no skip option. This includes submitting a government-issued ID which will be reviewed by our admin team. This is required by law and for platform safety. Submitted IDs are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, creators are solely responsible for maintaining records of the name, date of birth, and legal identification of all persons depicted in their content. Elite Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to request these records at any time. Failure to provide records upon request results in immediate content removal and account suspension.
Creators may not use Halo to defraud fans, impersonate other creators, engage in spam, or manipulate engagement metrics. Violations result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
You may close your creator account at any time. Outstanding earnings will be paid out on the next scheduled payout cycle. Elite Digital Marketing Agency may terminate creator accounts for violations of these terms with forfeiture of unpaid earnings in egregious cases.
