Community Guidelines

Halo, operated by Elite Digital Marketing Agency, is built on trust, safety, and respect. These guidelines exist to protect creators, fans, and the integrity of our community.

What's Allowed

  • Adult content between verified, consenting adults (18+)
  • Artistic nudity and creative expression
  • Fitness, lifestyle, education, and entertainment content
  • Paid subscription content, PPV, and tipping
  • Fan interaction via DMs, polls, group chats, and audio rooms

Strictly Prohibited

  • Any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts — zero tolerance
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or revenge porn
  • Impersonating other creators or public figures
  • Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any user
  • Spam, scam offers, or misleading promotional content
  • Content promoting illegal activities, violence, or self-harm
  • Sharing another user's private information without consent

Respect & Consent

All interactions on Halo must be based on mutual respect and consent. Creators and fans alike must treat each other with dignity. Any form of harassment, coercion, or manipulation will result in immediate suspension.

Content Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for the content they post. Ensure all parties featured in your content have given explicit, informed consent. Keep records of consent — Elite Digital Marketing Agency may request documentation at any time.

Zero Tolerance for Minor Exploitation

Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is an absolute violation. Violations are reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement. Accounts are permanently banned with no appeal.

Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it using the report button on any post or profile. Our trust & safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email trust@haloplatform.com.

Enforcement

Violations result in warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity. Repeated minor violations will escalate. Egregious violations (especially those involving minors or NCII) result in immediate permanent bans.
