DMCA Policy

Copyright protection and takedown procedures for the Halo platform.

1. Copyright Policy

Elite Digital Marketing Agency respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Halo platform to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or display of copyrighted material is prohibited and may result in account termination.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Halo infringes your copyright, you or your authorized agent may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice to dmca@haloplatform.com. Your notice must include the following in writing:

(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. (b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. (c) Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform (URL). (d) Your contact information including full name, address, phone number, and email. (e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized. (f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@haloplatform.com. The counter-notice must include your identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or Miami-Dade County, Florida if your address is outside the U.S.).

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Elite Digital Marketing Agency maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for a single egregious infringement.

6. Response Time

We process DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Content determined to be infringing will be removed promptly. Counter-notices are processed within 10–14 business days.

7. Agent Designation

DMCA notices should be directed to: DMCA Agent, Elite Digital Marketing Agency, dmca@haloplatform.com. This designation is maintained in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
